Returns

Our goal is to ensure that every mat that leaves our facility has been inspected for quality and accuracy. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt for a refund of the original purchase price less shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. Please note the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs to ship the item back to us. Exceptions and clarifications as follows:

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. Mats that have been used, modified or damaged cannot be returned.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, logo, dimensions, edging, etc.).
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use.

Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods.  Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order. Please see above for exclusions.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as forms of payment. If you would like to use an alternative form of payment such as purchase order, call us at 1-604-477-4455

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information (if available).

Confirmation of Orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email. If you place an order and don’t get a confirmation email check your “junk” mail folder. If you still have not received your confirmation email please contact us.

The order needs to be accepted before the order is fulfilled. The acceptance process occurs after the customer’s payment method has been authorized and debited. In some rare cases of errors in inventory, product, or pricing information on the website; orders may be refused. In these cases, Source will notify the customer and either fully refund the order or find a suitable alternative.

Where We Ship

Currently we only ship to addresses within Canada. If you live outside Canada, please give us a call and we can certainly arrange to ship your order to you. *For orders to the Yukon or Northwest Territories we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees if necessary – we will call you if this is the case.

The shipping price provided is an estimate that is accurate in most cases. To certain remote locations, the shipping cost may need to be altered and the customer will be contacted to either collect the additional amount or cancel the order with a full refund.

Delivery Times

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. Please refer to the individual product pages for lead times. If you would like expedited shipping, give us a call and place your order over the phone.

Method of Delivery

The majority of items are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS, but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers.
