Why Acrovyn?
Commercial and institutional buildings face heavier wear and tear than typical structures. Regular deliveries, move-ins and move-outs, service carts, and everyday foot traffic all take a toll on walls, handrails, corners, and other surfaces. With specialty Acrovyn products from C/S, you can reinforce your building’s durability without sacrificing visual appeal.
Acrovyn Wall Panels have been reimagined to offer a variety of functional and aesthetic improvements. Tailored to withstand high-traffic abuse, Acrovyn Wall Panels can be incorporated into a variety of designs that will keep walls beautiful and damage-free.
Acrovyn 4000 Rigid Sheet is PVC-free, mounts with adhesive and features a standard Suede texture. It is tested to CAN/ULC-S102.2 and is UL® Class A/1 fire-rated and labeled. Acrovyn 4000 is available in 0.040" and 0.060" thicknesses.

Where Do I Use It?
Acrovyn sheets can be used in any areas of your commercial or institutional building with walls that require more protection against damage, wear and tear, and abuse than only drywall and paint can provide!
Acrovyn sheet panels are most commonly used in areas like high traffic service corridors, back-of-house hallways, and other areas that need protection from damage caused by impact. Delivery carts and dollies, wheelchairs and gurneys, housekeeping linen carts and trollies can all cause significant damage to drywall through everyday minor bumps and impacts.
Acrovyn sheets prevent this typical wear-and-tear from turning into expensive and time-consuming drywall and paint repairs. They’re like a protective shield around your building to keep it looking good and make it extra tough!

Sizes and Colours?
Acrovyn 4000 Rigid Sheet is PVC-free, mounts with adhesive and features a standard Suede texture. It is tested to CAN/ULC-S102.2 and is UL® Class A/1 fire-rated and labeled. All thicknesses can be thermoformed for inside and outside corner conditions. Material in .040" and .060" thicknesses can be radius formed for covering columns.
Mechanically fastened 16 gauge stainless steel sheet is available in 304 alloy with #4 satin finish. Smooth texture is standard; Diamond Plate texture is available.
Material options are supplied in 4' x 8' or 10' (1.2m x 2.4m or 3.0m) sheets; Chameleon™ supplied in standard 4' x 10' sheets.
