Brewery District Pedimats
Source Floor was contracted to supply and install a C/S Pedimat entrance system for the Brewery District in New Westminster, a vibrant mixed-use development with commercial, residential, and retail spaces.
The Pedimat system was selected for its ability to handle high pedestrian traffic while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. Installed at key building entrances, the system effectively captures dirt, moisture, and debris before it spreads through the facility—reducing maintenance costs and protecting interior flooring.
Built from heavy-duty aluminum rails and replaceable carpet inserts, the Pedimat provides both long-lasting durability and ease of upkeep. The low-profile design integrates seamlessly with surrounding finishes, ensuring accessibility and compliance without compromising aesthetics.
The installation delivers a functional, safe, and attractive entrance solution that supports the Brewery District’s commitment to quality and sustainability in its public spaces.
