Source Floor & Specialties completed a custom entrance and elevator matting package for Logan Villa on Haro Street, designed to protect the building’s high-traffic common areas while providing a clean, tailored appearance.

The centrepiece of the project is the large custom entrance mat, sized to provide extensive walk-off coverage and help capture dirt and moisture before it reaches the surrounding flooring. The building’s address, 1275 Haro St, was incorporated directly into the matting for a subtle branded detail unique to the property.

Matching custom elevator mats were also produced, extending the floor protection throughout another heavily used area of the building.

The finished project combines custom sizing, practical floor protection, and property-specific detailing to create a matting package designed specifically for the needs of a busy residential building.

And based on the project photos, it looks like the new matting has already earned the approval of one particularly happy resident!
